Hi, welcome to The Yoga House and thank you for visiting my website. For those of you currently or having previously practiced Yoga, you will be well aware of the positive health advantages regular Yoga can afford. However if you have yet to try Yoga, but looking to give it a go, you are about to discover an ancient form of low impact exercise that will improve your overall wellbeing.  Yoga has many health benefits to people and whether you are young, old, male or female there are sure to be aspects of yoga that will appeal to you. 

Some of the great benefits of yoga are:

  • Increased energy level
  • More defined muscle tone
  • Heightened concentration and focus
  • Extended flexibility
  • Core strength
  • Ability to relax and meditate
  • Correct alignment
  • Improvement of blood circulation, digestion, nervous and endocrine systems

Learning to relax and meditate will help you to find that calm space in your mind. Regular practice will improve your overall health and wellbeing by connecting you with your body and mind.

At The Yoga House we practice Hatha Yoga in a clean and calm environment, without competition or judgment. I really look forward to sharing my passion for yoga and for you to join a class to experience the many advantages of regular yoga practice.
